Select your Gender and Age
Select M or F and drag the Age slider.

Select your athleticism profile
Options are 25,50,75,90 and 99 percentiles, 90% is the default and recommended for most people.

Select your desired angle of attack
Tour averages are -1% men and +3% ladies, the higher the better subject to maintaining an otherwise good swing.
+5% is the default for optimal calculations, but you can select anywhere from -10 degrees to + 10 degrees.

Note - Ball speed is calculated with a smash factor of 1.49. This is the tour average and is obtainable by most golfers.
